I like the organization and the clear, concise structure to the video. It could be improved with concrete examples and a team of people talking/interacting instead of only thematic ideas. Some personalized touch goes a long way in my 3 years of experience very Respectfully. Thanks for all you do sir and developers.

Sir. To meet the goals of COE 2.0 I recommend removal of the Sailor's Creed as this is not a time honored tradition of Naval service and it is an example of "faking behavior" under our Honor and Courage core values.

That sucks that's been your experience so far shipmate! It can be rough. I can't say I've always achieved excellence however I believe over years with effort and camaraderie it is possible to reach it. Best of luck out there.

"All those firemen that you see on calendars" Freudian slip, there, Admiral? And he is right, it's not about good order and discipline. He's wrong, it's not about safety, either. It's about the top military brass don't want to capitulate to the rank and file, or admit that they were wrong. About anything.

He's a disgrace to our country and our military. THIS is why talented, qualified young men won't join the military anymore. What a disgrace. George Washington is rolling over in his grave. Why not spend a few billion to build a highly advanced nuclear powered super dreadnought 150,000 tons with the intention of using it as a recruiting tool? Have it visit ports around the US and invite school age kids to tour it. The Navy can offers very valuable vocational experience that is useful in industry

Not this service dress blue jumper and broadfall slacks with the white hat also known as the "cracker jack" uniform. Makes one look too much like a man, and I am a women.

Program is only good for those with associate degrees, and you have to get through (NAVY OCS). If you have to go through OCS, you should just go Air Force...this is why, If you have a bachelor's degree...go in the Air Force as a Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Operator (pilot) !!! No ship duty and guaranteed 3 promotions in your first 4 years (01-03). What the Navy does not tell you is if you are coming in with no prior service...your first promotion won't happen for 12 years to W2........WTH? Your first assignment is at sea guaranteed. Also warrant pilots are looked down at and treated different in Navy aviation (2nd class citizens) If you Go AF: You will be a Major (04 on pay chart) in 12 years ...compare W2 and O4 Pay....this program is great for already enlisted members but terrible for civilians. The Air Force is a better life and NO SEA DUTY...If you have to go through OCS, anyway, might as well just do it and get a commission instead of a warrant. AIM HIGH...see your local AF Recruiter...If you have an associate degree and are a civilian go to the nearest AFROTC unit at the University...in 2 years, you can have a Bachelors and a commission in the AF.....JUST SAYING (W2 at 12yrs 5,704.50) (04 Major at 12 yrs. 8,665.50) Just plain common sense here
